Susanne is an organisational psychologist with extensive experience partnering with business leaders to create transformational change.

Having worked across a range of industries including engineering and construction, telecommunications, financial services, health and utilities, Susanne understands the importance of linking external fresh thinking with internal practicalities and context.

Susanne has previously worked at the executive level in top tier consulting firms as well as in board and operational roles in not-for-profit community organisations, enabling her to adapt to the unique needs of the audience.
